Our rotating menu is subject to change and seasonal variation

 

All meals are predominantly free from gluten, dairy and animal products - but there were a few exceptions for some key ingredients that we just couldn’t go past for their value in the postpartum period - gluten tested oats (less than 5ppm gluten), ghee and bone broth. Breakfast -

  • coconut & goji porridge with stewed fruit & coconut yoghurt (DF, V)
  • sweet potato & adzuki bean congee (GF, DF, V)

Lunch -

  • cauliflower & chickpea quinoa salad (GF, DF, V)
  • pumpkin & red lentil soup (GF, DF)

Dinner -

  • moong dhal & fennel kitchari (GF)
  • seasonal veggie coconut curry (GF, DF, V)

Snack -

  • ayurvedic lactation cookie
  • caramel slice (GF, DF, V)
  • chamomile elixir (GF, DF, V)
Week 3

Breakfast -

  • vanilla & coconut chia pudding with berries (GF, DF, V)
  • black sesame congee with stewed fruit (GF, DF, V)

Lunch -

  • roast veggie salad with tahini dressing (GF, DF, V)
  • broccoli and cashew soup (GF, DF, V)

Dinner -

Dinner -
