Dosage
- 1 capsule daily with breakfast
- 1 tablet daily after breakfast
- Large tablets can be crushed to assist with consumption
- Commence taking the formula 3-4 months prior to conception and continue through the 1st trimester of pregnancy
Warnings
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
- Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - a daily dose of 150 μg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- Stop taking this medicine if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains Vitamin B6)
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

Product Questions
Can you cater for individual dietary requirements?
Not at this stage. Our menu is predominantly free from gluten (with the inclusion of some gluten tested oats), dairy (with the inclusion of some ghee), and soy. We have a range of meals that are vegan, some vegetarian options and some for those who consume meat.
We hope that structuring it this way will cover off most intolerances, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we can guide you to the most appropriate selections for you. All ingredients are listed in full under when you click through to the individual product.
Where do you source your ingredients and are they organic?
We have a number of suppliers that we work with and try to use organic and local ingredients where possible. You can read more about our food philosophy and suppliers HERE.
Do i need to have just had a baby to order your meals and products?
Absolutely not. You can order no matter if you have just had a baby, had a baby 5, 10 or 50 years ago, don't have children, or some other variation of this! Anyone is welcome to order our meals and products and we think they can (and should!) be enjoyed by everyone.

Where do you deliver to?
Our meal packages can be delivered to Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens, Maitland and other areas of the Hunter region, Sydney, Wollongong and beyond! You can check whether we deliver your postcode HERE. We are constantly adding new areas as they become available to us. If you are hoping to receive a bundle of our meals, please reach out and we can check whether it is possible with our delivery partner.
Our other items can be posted Australia wide.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery fee is based on location and order value. You can view the three delivery tiers HERE.
For posted items, the fee is $10 for standard postage and $15 express.
What day will I receive my meals?
If you are in our local area (Newcastle, Central Coast, Maitland, Port Stephens and surrounds) you will receive your order on Mondays.
If you are in Sydney you will receive your order on Wednesday.
If you are in Wollongong you will receive your order on Friday.
Please keep in mind that from time to time there are some small delays due to staff shortages with our courier partner. We will do our best to keep you updated if this is looking to occur. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Ordering questions
What is the order minimum?
For local areas (Newcastle, Central Coast, Maitland, Port Stephens & surrounds) the order minimum is $70.
For all other areas the order minimum is $100.
I'm getting an error message that delivery is not available to my area. What do i do?
This error will usually pop up for a couple of reasons.
1. The order is below our order minimum (see above)
2. We don't currently deliver to your postcode
3. An item in your cart has become out of stock since you commenced placing your order.
If not of these seem to apply then please reach out and we can investigate the issue further.
