The humble adzuki bean is revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine for its array of health benefits postpartum - including supporting the kidneys, bladder and reproductive organs, as well as aiding digestion, reducing fluid retention and encouraging healing. Incredible health benefits aside, this perfectly spiced curry is a must for your tastebuds and delicate postpartum digestion. Serve with boiled rice or quinoa and enjoy.
Ingredients: made with love and onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander seed, cumin, adzuki beans, coconut milk, diced tomato, pumpkin, beef bone broth, silverbeet, salt, pepper, coconut oil

Comes frozen in a 1L compostable sugarcane tray with compostable film.

Product Questions
Can you cater for individual dietary requirements?
Not at this stage. Our menu is predominantly free from gluten (with the inclusion of some gluten tested oats), dairy (with the inclusion of some ghee), and soy). The vegan pack is entirely gluten free, soy free and vegan, and the meat back is gluten and soy free with some bone broth and ghee.
We hope that structuring it this way will cover off most intolerances, but please feel free to contact us if you have any questions and we will do our best to accomodate if possible.
Where do you source your ingredients and are they organic?
We have a number of suppliers that we work with and try to use organic and local ingredients where possible. You can read more about our food philosophy and suppliers HERE.
Do i need to have just had a baby to order your meals and products?
Absolutely not. You can order no matter if you have just had a baby, had a baby 5, 10 or 50 years ago, don't have children, or some other variation of this! Anyone is welcome to order our meals and products and we think they can (and should!) be enjoyed by everyone.

Where do you deliver to?
Our meal packages can be delivered to Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens, Maitland and other areas of the Hunter region. You can check whether we deliver your postcode HERE.
Our other items can be posted Australia wide.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery fee is based on location, but we have tried to make it free to as many areas as possible. You can view the three delivery tiers HERE.
For posted items, the fee is $10 for standard postage and $15 express.
